I have lived in Alaska since 1967 and will always call it my home. In 1986 I built my first custom home and enjoyed the hard work involved with construction. I started my first Custom Log Home in 1995 and completed the home in 1997. This was my personal home. I was involved with the design and concept of the home and performed all phases of the construction from ground up.  In 1998 I furthered my education and received my General Contractors License with a Residential Endorcement.  Since receiving my Contractors License, I have built 4 Custom Log Homes and 1 Conventional built Home and I was the GC of the Snow Raven Village Condos.  The SRVC project was 3 separate 14 2 bed/2bath Units. 

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Alaska.  I currently have a Property Management Business that manages Long Term and Short Term Property Rentals in Girdwood.  I am also a Commercial Fisherman and fish primarily for Salmon.

I have lived in Girdwood since 1995 and love the Area and the Community.  I have been skiing at Alyeska since 1974. I am an avid skier and enjoy anything involved in the Great Alaskan Outdoors.

My wife and I, Kimberly, have been married for 28 years and have a 7 year old boy, Brady.
